Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck) Before & After Case 455

This 61 year-old woman from Gilbert, AZ presented to our office in Gilbert, AZ for consultation regarding a post weight loss procedure after bariatric surgery. Dr. Marks met with her and after performing an examination went over her options. He ultimately recommended a fleur-de-lis tummy tuck to remove excess skin and flank liposuction. In some cases with significant weight loss and lots of redundant skin the upper abdomen, a vertical incision is added to a traditional tummy tuck to allow for more complete skin removal and contouring of the waist line. 

She has since healed beautifully and recovered without incident. We are thrilled with her complete transformation just 3 months post op. Her scars will continue to lighten and fade over the course of a year, enhancing her already gorgeous outcome.
