Body Lift Before & After Case 34

This 46 year-old woman from Mesa, AZ visited my Gilbert office near Scottsdale, AZ for a consultation regarding body contouring. She had already undergone a tummy tuck and liposuction of her flanks. She was dissatisfied with her excess skin on her flanks and buttock as well as some remaining fat on her flanks. 

I went over surgical options and ultimately recommended a buttock lift in conjunction with liposuction of her flanks and thighs and a Brazilian Butt lift. During the operation I lifted the skin and fat on her lateral thighs and upper buttock. I then performed liposuction of her flanks and medial thighs and prepared this fat for reinjection. A total of 300cc of fat was then injected in each buttock for better projection and fulness. 

She has since recovered without incident and we are thrilled with her improved body shape and buttock fulness. A Brazilian Butt Lift is an excellent way to add fulness and shape to the buttock.
