Liposuction Before & After Case 81

This 30 year-old female from Tempe, AZ presented to Dr. Olson for a consultation regarding body contouring. She is active but has been disappointed with her thigh contour and heavy waistline. Dr. Olson met with her in his Gilbert office and discussed her options. He recommend power-assisted liposuction without general anesthesia using tumescent liposuction.

She had undergone lipodissolve treatments of her posterior upper thighs which left her with excessive scarring and poor contour. Liposuction of her outer thighs, posterior thighs (banana roll), and waistline was performed with her awake. Without general anesthesia she had no issues with prolonged recovery or nasuea and vomiting. 

Two months later she has a signficant improvement of her waistline and thigh contour. Her scarring from the lipodissolve is now gone and she is thrilled with the outcome.
