Mommy Makeover Before & After Case 122

This 49 year-old woman from the Scottsdale area presented to Dr. Olson in his Gilbert, AZ clinic for consultation regarding a mommy makeover. She underwent liposuction of her abdomen and waste previously but was unhappy with the loose skin that remained. She was also interested in a breast lift with implants. 

Dr. Olson met with her and after listening to her goals recommended a full abdominoplasty with a breast augmentation and lift. She already had large breasts and was mainly looking for upper pole fullness so smaller implants were chosen. 

The operation was performed at the Surgery Center of Gilbert and she was able to return home that evening. Dr. Olson placed 250cc low plus profile Allergan silicone implants under her pectoralis muscle and performed a breast lift. Her excess abdominal skin was removed and her muscles tightened to flatten her abdominal wall. She healed well without complication and we are thrilled with her total body transformation. Her scars will continue to fade over the next year.
