Mommy Makeover Before & After Case 132

This 35 year-old woman from Surprise, AZ presented for consultation regarding a mommy makeover procedure in our Gilbert office near Scottsdale, AZ. I met with her and after listening to her goals recommended a full abdominoplasty and liposuction to her waist in addition to silicone breast augmentation. 

She was looking for a more natural breast shape and was worried about going too large. I recommended a Mentor smooth round moderate plus Xtra silicone implant which would provide enough fullness to fill in her breast yet keeping a natural shape. 

I performed a tummy tuck and waist liposuction as well as the breast augmentation where silicone implants where placed under the pectoralis muscle through an infra-mammary incision. Sizers were used in surgery to help determine the final implant size. Her muscles were tightened in her abdomen and the majority of her stretch marks were removed. She is shown here 8 weeks after surgery and she looks amazing. Her scars will continue to fade and she is thrilled with her new body.
