Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty) Before & After Case 12

This 41 year old patient presented to Dr. Olson for consultation regarding abdominal contouring. She has four children and underwent multiple C-sections leaving her with abdominal laxity and a tethered scar accentuating her abdominal lipodystrophy. She has excess abdominal adipose tissue and was hoping to remove some unwanted fat and excess skin. 

Dr. Olson recommended a full tummy tuck including repositioning her umbilicus and repairing her stretched muscle fascia. She also underwent liposuction of her flanks as well. The operating was a success and she was off pain medication within a week. She healed well and thrilled with her new body.
