Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty) Before & After Case 28

This 36 year-old female from Phoenix, AZ presented to my Gilbert clinic near Scottsdale, AZ for consultation regarding a breast augmentation and mini tummy tuck. She has four children and after breast feeding was unhappy with her loss of breast shape and volume. She is very active and had minimal excess fat but was left with loose, excess skin on her lower abdomen as well as some separation of her abdominal muscles. 

After examining her and using a sizing system we decided to proceed with silicone 255cc moderate profile implants. These implants are textured and have more projection than a typical smooth implants. She was hoping to avoid an unnatural look and just wanted to restore her breast shape. While I typically recommend a full abdominoplasty for women who have children she did not have a lot of loose skin above her umbilicus so I felt we could achieve an acceptable result with the smaller mini tummy tuck. 

We proceeded with the breast augmentation and mini tummy tuck which was an outpatient surgery near Scottsdale, AZ. She recovered very quickly and was off pain medication within the first week. She has less excess lower abdominal skin and your youthful breasts and we are thrilled with her results.
