Breast Augmentation with Breast Lift Before & After Case 77

This 32 year-old woman from Queen Creek, AZ visited our Gilbert office near Scottsdale, AZ for a consultation breast enhancement surgery. She wanted a better shape but not necessarily larger breasts. Dr. Olson met with her and discussed performing a breast lift or mastopexy with fat grafting versus a breast lift with implants. 

After reviewing the pros and cons of each procedure and examining her we ultimately decided to proceed with breast implants and a breast lift. She has slight breast asymmetry so different size implants were used. 

During the operation silicone sizers were placed to determine optimal size and some breast tissue was removed from each breast to avoid going too large. Dr. Olson placed a 250cc moderate plus round silicone implant on her left and a 300cc moderate plus implant in her right breast. A vertical or lollipop mastopexy was also needed for optimal breast shape. 

Her photographs are now 2 months after surgery and she is thrilled with her improved shape and upper pole fulness. Her scars will continue to fade over a year.
