Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 10

This 39 year old female presented to my office interested in breast augmentation surgery. She also was interested in a tummy tuck and felt her breasts were not proportional to her body. She was hoping for a natural look and feel so I recommended silicone implants. I decided to use 400 cc moderate plus implants behind the pectoralis muscle to give her a full yet natural look. 

I performed a breast augmentation and tummy tuck with liposuction and she is thrilled with the outcome.
