Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 129

This 27 year-old woman from Gilbert, AZ presented to us for consultation regarding breast enhancement surgery. She is very active in the gym and felt her breasts weren't proportional with the rest of her body. I met with her to discuss her goals and after examining her recommended a breast augmentation with silicone implants.

During the surgery Dr. Olson placed silicone sizers to determine the best size for her frame and felt that a 450cc full profile Allergan Soft touch implant for her left and a 415cc full profile implant on her right gave her the best symmetry and shape. The implants were placed through an infra-mammary fold incision and placed in a partial submuscular pocket.

She has healed beautifully and is pleased with her more symmetric and shapelier breasts.
