Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 15

This 29-year-old woman from the Scottsdale area presented to me for consultation for breast augmentation surgery. She had three children and lost a large amount of breast volume following her last child and wanted discuss her options for breast enhancement surgery near Phoenix. She was hoping for more breast fulness but not too extreme, that would give her body better balance and shape. We agreed on a size and which implants would suit her body and goals. We discussed a possible breast lift (mastopexy) but felt she would have a good result despite minor breast ptosis. 

I recommended Sientra textured round 380cc High profile implants to be placed under the pectoralis muscle through an infra-mammary incision. As her pre-operative photos demonstrate she had slightly more breast ptosis on her left which I was able to correct. I felt that her breast volume was similar enough to use the same size implants. 

I met with her several times following the operation which went extremely well and she is very pleased with the outcome. Her breast size and shape compliment her fit body and she went on the heal without any complication.
