Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 18

This 26-year-old woman from the Chandler area presented to my clinic considering a breast augmentation. She was looking for more breast fulness to give her a more proportional body. She is finished with having children and wanted larger, yet natural appearing breasts. I went over in the detail the operation and we decided around 375cc round implants would give her a more proportional yet still natural appearing breasts. 

I placed an extra 25cc (400cc total) in the right breast saline implant to help correct her asymmetry and both saline implants were placed under the pectoralis muscle. The operation was a success and she is pleased with her more proportional body and breast fulness.
