Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 19

This 37 year-old woman from the East Valley Gilbert area near Scottsdale, AZ presented to my clinic for consultation regarding breast augmentation surgery. She was hoping to give her body better breast fulness to restore what changed after having children and give her a more proportional body. I explained the surgery in detail and we both decided 390cc saline breast implants would give her the look she desired. 

We proceeded with the breast enhancement operation by placing 390cc moderate plus saline breast implants through an infra-mammary incision. The implants were placed under the pectorals muscle to minimize the risk of capsular contracture and give her a more natural augmentation. 

She went on to heal without complications and is pleased with her more proportional body.
