Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 26

This 45 year-old female from Phoenix, AZ presented to my Gilbert clinic near Scottsdale, AZ for consultation regarding a mommy makeover. She didn’t have enough excess skin to necessitate a tummy tuck and was hoping to avoid the longer recovery needed with an abdominoplasty. She had very asymmetric breasts on exam and breast ptosis as well requiring a lift. 

Using a sizing system we determined around 350cc gummy bear, anatomic implants would give her the look she wanted. I used sizers intra-operatively and ended up placing a 350cc silicone anatomic implant in her left breast and a 310cc silicone anatomic implant in her right breast. A circumareolar lift was also performed at the same time.
