Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 29

This 32 year-old female from Scottsdale, AZ presented to Dr. Olson in his Gilbert office for a consultation for breast enlargement surgery. She is very active and wanted more breast fullness but nothing that would make her look ‘heavy’ or disproportionate. Dr. Olson spent time discussing all the implant options. After hearing her wishes and examining her he recommended 275cc moderate plug silicone implants. 

We proceeded with the breast augmentation surgery and round silicone implants were placed through an infra-mammary incision. She recovered without difficulty and was off pain medication within 2-3 days. 

She is happy with her results and more proportionate body with fuller breasts. Her chest size is still appropriate for her exercise routine and she now feels more confidant in a bathing suit.
