Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 4

This 22 year-old patient from Ohio came to see Dr. Olson for consultation for a breast augmentation. She had a 80 pound weight loss and was unhappy with the loss of breast shape and volume. She wore an A-cup bra and was hoping for a C-cup.

Dr. Olson recommended a breast lift along with a breast augmentation with silicone implants placed under the pectoralis muscle. 350cc silicone breast implants were placed through the breast lift scar under the muscle.

She stayed in town for several days to ensure proper recovery and travelled back home soon after. She was pleased with her more youthful and correction of her breast ptosis with the breast lift.
