This 42-year old mom had previous breast implants, but had them removed because she felt they were too large. Removing her implants left her feeling deflated. She chose to replace them with the goal of creating a small, natural looking breast. This look was achieved with a Motiva Ergonomix 185cc mini implant, placed over the muscle (subfascial). Here she is at 6 weeks looking fantastic!
