Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 47

This 32 year-old female from Mesa, AZ presented to our Gilbert, AZ office in the East Valley for consultation regarding breast augmentation surgery. She was hoping for more breast fulness to accentuate her curvy figure. On examination she had an inverted nipple on her left breast and limited breast tissue after having children. I went over the benefits of each type of breast implant and felt a high profile implant would give her the look she was hoping for. 

We proceeded with her breast enhancement surgery placing 475cc high profile silicone implants behind her pectoralis muscle. The incision was placed through an infra-mammary incision which will continue to fade with time. 

She went on the heal without complication and is thrilled with her more proportional breasts and curvy figure.
