Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 78

This 32 year-old woman from Gilbert, AZ visited our office near Scottsdale, AZ from consultation regarding breast augmentation surgery. Dr. Olson met with her to discuss her goals and after an examination recommended moderate plus implants to acheive the natural fulness she was hoping for. 

Dr. Olson proceeded with the operation and decided to use different size implants for better symmetry. A dual plane dissection was needed on her right breast to help elevate the nipple to match the other breast. But implants were placed under the pectoralis muscle. Dr. Olson placed a 325cc moderate plus round silicone implant in her right breast and a 300cc moderate plus silicone implant in her left breast. 

The patient went on to heal beautifully and is thrilled with her fuller, shapelier breasts.
