Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 82

This 28 year-old female from Scottsdale, AZ presented to Dr. Olson for consultation regarding breast enhancement surgery. Dr. Olson met with her in the Scottsdale office and discussed the procedure and associated risks. 

During the examination breast asymmetry was noted so during the operation sizers were used and different size implants were needed to improve this asymmetry. Dr. Olson also performed liposuction of the front bra roll on the upper outer chest wall to improve her overall breast shape. Dr. Olson decided to use a 440cc high profile round Sientra implant in her right breast and a 500cc high profile sientra silicone implant in her left breast. Both implants were placed in the submuscular pocket through an infra-mammary incision. 

She recovered without incident and we are pleased with her natural, fuller breasts. Note the decreased in fatty tissue on the upper outer chest wall where the liposuction was performed.
