Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 9

This 27 year old patient presented to my clinic for breast enhancement surgery. She has two children and was hoping to restore her lost volume in the upper pole of her breasts. She had a mild amount of ptosis and we discussed a concurrent breast lift but she was really just hoping for a better breast shape to fit her body. 

I recommended saline breast implants for a little more projection and to help cut the cost. I placed 320 high profile implants under the pectoralis muscle for a more natural look. 

She recovered quickly and was back to work within days. She is very excited about her new body.
