Breast Implant Exchange with Breast Lift Before & After Case 446

This 41 year-old patient presented for consultation regarding breast implant revision surgery. She had silicone implants placed 12 years ago. Since then she has had 3 babies and breastfed. During her consultation we discussed her medical history and surgical options to correct her breast shape. 

New silicone implants were placed under the muscle. I used 470cc high profile implants. She has since healed well and is very pleased.
