Breast Implant Exchange Before & After Case 144

This 50 year-old woman from Scottsdale, AZ visited Dr. Olson for consultation regarding breast revision surgery. She had saline implants placed over 10 years ago and was interested in smaller silicone implants. On examination Dr. Olson felt she had capsular contracture of her right breast and recommended cohesive silicone implants.

During surgery Dr. Olson removed the scar capsule around her implants and placed Allergan soft touch cohesive 450cc smooth high profile silicone implants under her pectoralis muscle. She is shown here 8 weeks after surgery will a much more proportional body and softer/shapelier breasts.
