Fat Transfer to Breast Before & After Case 443

Our lovely 29 year old patient above is a mother of 4. She desired additional fullness to her breast without implants and also wanted to address her excess abdominal skin from previous pregnancies. 

After discussing the risks, benefits, alternative surgical options, and reviewing the patient's goals, we decided to proceed with the following:

• Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck)
• Fat Transfer to the Breast (about 150cc of fat was transfer to each breast)
• Liposuction to flanks
