Facelift Before & After Case 3

This 59 year-old patient came to see Dr. Olson with interest in facial rejuvenation. She lost over 100 pounds over the past several years and was dissatisfied with her facial jowls and mid-face hallowing. She wanted a more youthful look to help boost her confidence and help with her occupation.

Dr. Olson recommended a lower face lift (rhytidectomy) using a sub-SMAS plane as well as fat graft from her abdomen to mid-face. She underwent this procedure and was amazed at the result.

She has significant improvement of her neck-line and mid-face.
