How Does a Liquid Facelift Work? 

A liquid facelift combines neuromodulators like BOTOX Cosmetic and Dysport® with dermal fillers to achieve comprehensive facial rejuvenation.

What Are Liquid Facelift Treatments Like? 

Based on your aesthetic goals, Dr. Olson will determine the best combination of products to achieve your desired results. The treatment process is relatively quick and comfortable. We offer patients the option of using ice or a topical anesthetic to minimize any discomfort. Plus, many of our fillers contain lidocaine, a local anesthetic, for added comfort. 

The procedure typically takes 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the extent of the treatment. Your initial filler results will be visible right away, but it will take a few days for the neuromodulators to take effect. 

How Long Is Recovery? 

Recovery time for a liquid facelift is minimal. Most patients experience some swelling and bruising at the injection sites, but those aftereffects typically subside within a few days. You can usually resume normal activities immediately after the procedure, although we advise you to refrain from strenuous exercise and excessive sun exposure for a short period. 

How Long Will My Results Last? 

The longevity of your liquid facelift results varies depending on the products used and individual factors. Neuromodulators like BOTOX and Dysport generally last 3 to 4 months, while dermal fillers can last from 6 months to 2 years. Regular maintenance treatments help sustain your youthful appearance.
